Keela Richard is the visionary behind Kay’s Décor & Interiors, known for her ability to create interiors that are timeless, sophisticated, and distinctly personal. Her design philosophy blends classic elegance with innovative styling, resulting in spaces that feel both curated and effortlessly livable.

With a signature talent for reimagining interiors, Keela specializes in transforming spaces by artfully blending clients’ existing treasures with carefully selected new pieces. Through thoughtful composition and a refined eye for detail, she creates environments that are visually striking, emotionally engaging, and uniquely reflective of each client.

A Mississippi native, Keela brings over 16 years of decorating and design experience and has called Georgia home for nearly three decades. Her expertise lies in the seamless integration of color, spatial flow, and layered styling—enhancing each space with warmth, balance, and elevated appeal. Having worked with clients nationwide, she offers a versatile design perspective shaped by a wide range of styles and influences, while remaining deeply attentive to each client’s vision and lifestyle.

Keela’s work has been recognized on the Fine Living Network’s “Catalog This,” where she showcased her creativity in a fast-paced design challenge. She has also been featured in multiple issues of Cobb Life Magazine, further highlighting her distinctive approach and industry presence.

At the heart of her work is a genuine passion for design and a commitment to creating spaces that inspire. Beyond her professional achievements, Keela values her role as a devoted wife to her husband of 27 years, Julian, and a proud mother to their two children, Jordan and Justin.
